***We will rebuild your factory oil pump.***
Unless that was the failure point of your engine. If your oil pump has failed their will be an additional charge of $250.  This is a very rare occurrence.

Once we receive your engine we will do a complete and full inspection to verify your core is in good condition. If we find any issues we will contact you with any updates or changes that may affect your build. We will then disassemble, clean, and begin to blueprint and rebuild your engine better than the factory specs, for a longer lasting more reliable engine.

All engine cases are completely cleaned and sandblasted then painted with Castblast aluminum sealing paint.

Upon assembly we use only the very best assembly lube and case sealers. Once assembled all engines are spun up with -Break In- engine oil and then oil pressure tested. Once your 2018 Polaris Ranger 1000 XP Engine has passed all our quality checks it is then drained and prepped for shipping. Return Shipping is on us.

Shim Bucket Converion Kit: We include a Shim Bucket Conversion kit which allow you to easily adjust your valves in the future.  You can adjust your valve clearances using commonly available 9.48mm shims vs. costly OEM shim buckets. No other shops do this, nor include this setup to help you better maintain the performance of your machine.
